50% deposit required to book. Cancelations/rescheduling must be done 72 hrs prior to appointment ti avoid losing your deposit. 100% charge fee for no call/no shows If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and charged the 50% fee, and you will have to reschedule.
